NATO made their announcement at a press conference today.
No longer confined to Europe.

It was V.P. Joe Biden who backed NATO’s expansion throughout the world.
Biden is running for President of the U.S.
NATO’s expansion was signed into law on May 21st, 1998 by President Bill Clinton.
Why?
So Congress could pay for it.
According to CNBC, 71.1 per cent of NATO’s military budget or $685.9 billion comes from the U.S.
The Pentagon’s funding is $738 billion.
Biden was a Senator from Delaware when he supported the NATO Expansion bill.
Before he became President Barack Obama’s V.P.
