Meet the guy the Pentagon sent to Houston to fix the Texas Governor’s race
Clifford Tatum, the Pentagon’s election fixer
Harris County, Texas (Houston) is marked on this map in red.
It is the largest county in the U.S. based on population.
According to the last census, it has 4,731,145 people and 2.4 million registered voters.
Texas’ population is 29,145,505 and has the world’s ninth largest economy.
Houston, Texas is marked in red.
He is Clifford Tatum.
He has been Congress’ key man in fixing elections around the country for 20 years.
As General Counsel, Tatum was in charge of the Elections Assistance Commission (EAC).
According to Congress, this is the federal commission that is supposed to guarantee the accuracy of election results using voting machine systems.
Instead, according to EAC, there are no requirements to verify the accuracy of voting machine systems.
Ever.
Congress made them “voluntary” in 2002.
Nothing has changed since then.
As of Aug. 24th, Tatum is in charge of the Nov. 8th vote count in Harris County, Texas.
It is based in Houston, Texas.
Harris County has more voters than 25 states and has the biggest block of voters in Texas.

It has been the battleground for federal and state offices for decades.
However, Tatum has a problem.
The IRS filed a $108,209 tax lien against Tatum last October.
Tatum’s excuse?
He is working on paying it off.
Bologna!
The IRS policy is to only file a tax lien when there is no other way to collect.
In other words, Tatum refused to make any attempts to settle his tax debt.
Civilians working in the Navy’s payroll department in Cleveland, Ohio, are automatically rejected for employment for having a tax lien or low credit score.
That is Pentagon policy, even for their lowest-paid positions.
Why?
Employees will debt problems have been identified as a security risk.
They are subject to bribes.
However, Tatum has never passed an FBI background check.
Or has had a background or credit check.
His excuse?
He was never required to have one.
Who hired him to work in his current and past classified positions?
Political hacks who work in Election Boards or for Congress.
Because Tatum is comprised, the Pentagon has taken over state and local law enforcement including election security.
It has identified Harris County as the military’s number one target for Nov. 8th.
Its mission?
To elect Beto O'Rourke (D) Governor.
No matter what.
The Army is paying for armed guards in Houston.
Troops disguised as election workers.
They will transport Texas’ largest harvest of fraudulent mail-in ballots in the state’s history.

These pictures help verify the story.
They are posted on the web pages of the Harris County Election Board.
Empty “Accuracy Testing” trays in Harris County because they do not exist under federal law. Instead, accuracy testing is voluntary. So why pay for it? It is considered a needless expense in Texas.
