At her Senate confirmation hearing, she confirmed that a Citizens Special Grand Jury is in the Seventh Amendment.
Its purpose in common law is to override a corrupt judge, prosecutor, or judicial system.
It starts with a complaint for money with one’s local county, state, or federal court.
Then demand assignment to a Special Civilian Grand Jury instead of a Judge.
Of course, it depends upon which government is wrongfully spending taxpayer money.
