Same-sex marriages to be declared illegal by Supreme Court before Nov. 8th
Four Supreme Court Justices believe same-sex marriages will be declared unconstitutional.
They are:
Stephen Breyer
Sonia Sotomayor
Elena Kagan
Clarence Thomas
So does the House of Representatives.
It has already passed HR 8404, a law to make same-sex marriages federal law.
It was approved in one day.

To pass, the bill needs approval from the Senate and President.
President Joe Biden said on July 19th that he will sign the bill.

Why must HR 8404 be passed before Nov. 8th?
That is when voters will “throw the bums” out” and elect a new Congress.
Three Supreme Court Justices said on June 24th that they anticipate a ruling soon.

They wrote in their dissent about the court’s about-face on federal abortion rights:
“No one should be confident that this majority is done with its work”.
Anticipate some local officials to begin refusing to grant marriage certificates to same-sex couples based on religious objections.
