Mayo Clinic nixes plan to harvest organs in Bali, Indonesia
Fake news from the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
On Dec. 27th, President Widodo held a press conference in Bali to brag about a new cancer center to be built with the Mayo Clinic from Rochester, Minnesota.
The anticipated opening is in June.
Widodo issued plenty of press releases and videos about it.
However, there was a problem.
The Mayo Clinic never agreed to partner with Indonesia.
Nor did they issue press releases or videos about it.
Was it because the main purpose of the Bali Clinic was to harvest organs?
Neither party is saying.
Although the Indonesian government now calls organ harvesting “medical tourism”.
But does it happen in other clinics around the globe?
