Brian Mosher's two-year sentence to be reduced upon ratting out more people in Pilot Flying J fiasco

Brian Mosher (above)

Brian Mosher’s two-year prison term to start Feb. 4th was modified. He was former National Sales Manager of Pilot Flying J.

The tip-off was a “5k motion under seal”. This means Mosher has a court approved court deal in place to reduce his jail time for ratting out more people.

It is noted under “Other Recommendations, Restitution” linked here:

It may be reduced next year for ratting out more people in the Pilot Flying J criminal conspiracy case.

Mosher has already testified that he told his former boss, Pilot CEO Jimmy Haslam, how to steal from customers.

Besides Jimmy, prosecutors have already said they have 24 more persons to be charged.

Mosher plead guilty to “conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud.” His plea agreement is here:

Because a conspiracy has already been proven, prosecutors have another five years to prosecute.

As a corporation, Pilot has already plead guilty to stealing $56 million from 5600 customers.

Mosher’s $100,000 fine was waived "due to (his) defendant's inability to pay."

Instead, he must pay a “special assessment of $100”.

Mosher is free on bond until Feb. 4th at 2 p.m.

His sentence includes two years probation.

Mosher has a choice of reporting to a federal prison in Thomson, Illinois or Oxford, Wisconsin.

His sentence also includes 500 hours of substance abuse treatment while in prison.
