Judge orders FBI correct FISA abuses by Jan. 20th
Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer ordered Tuesday that FBI correct its practice of falsifying warrant information by Jan. 20th.

Judge Collyer ruled that James A. Baker, former General Counsel for FBI, falsified information given to the court.
The court said it can no longer rely on the FBI for the accuracy of its warrant information.
Did court suspend all future FISA warrants?

It is 34-pages.
It no longer appears on the official web site of NSA’s Inspector General.
Instead, NSA Inspector General Reports start July 25th, 2018.
The rest of them dating back to 1978 have been deleted.

Mike Rogers was former Director of the NSA. He retired in Feb. 2018.
Rogers failed to disclose its contents to President Donald J. Trump until one year later.
After the 2016 Presidential Election.
Dr. George Ellard wrote the report.
He was replaced by Robert Storch.
Storch was confirmed by the Senate on December 21, 2017, and started the job Jan. 11th, 2018.
Dr. Ellard was also fired by the U.S. Naval War College where he was working as a professor.
Ellard’s profile and resume have been deleted from the internet.
