A new trial for Flynn Intel partners delays the:
$250 billion Uranium Two deal with Saudi Arabia negotiated by Flynn Intel Group and IP3
Mike Flynn’s sentencing for lying to the FBI dated Dec. 18th
A new trial also rekindles the possibility of new charges being filed against Mike Flynn Sr. and his son, Mike Jr.
Will they be charged as co-conspirators in a plot to cover up their roles as spies for the government of Turkey?
Two guilty verdicts against Flynn partner, Bijan Kian, were reversed today by Judge Anthony Trenga, resulting in a new trial.
No trial date has been set.

Trenga is a federal judge in the Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria.

With Flynn testify in the new trial?
Will his son?
Mike Sr. was blocked from testifying in the last one.
Both the defense and prosecution filed motions to block evidence from being introduced against Flynn.
Neither side wanted Flynn to testify.
They said Flynn was “unbelievable” as a witness because he pled guilty twice to lying to the FBI.
He can be sentenced up to five years in prison on Dec. 18th before DC Federal Judge Emmett Sullivan.
Or Flynn’s sentencing will be delayed for the umpteenth time.
Flynn’s first guilty plea was Dec. 1st, 2017 before DC Judge Rudy Contreras.
Flynn’s second guilty plea was before Judge Sullivan on Dec. 18th, 2018.
The defense team has three disc drives of data compiled by Flynn Intel Group, Flynn, and Rafiekian.
The prosecutors handed over 22,000 documents to the defense.
The Flynn Intel partners are:
