The source is testimony made under oath by Mariia Butina.

It is accepted as fact by the Justice Department, Attorney General’s Office, defense attorneys, Judge Sonya Chutkan, and Mariia.

The Prosecution has the receipt.

They gave a copy to Butina’s defense team as evidence against her.

Both sides know how the FBI got the receipt and from whom. Because of a gag order, they are unable to share it with the public.

The official court record said it was “to attend conferences” and “separate meetings with interested parties . . .including other Russian business or persons at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).”

One observer, George Webb Steiger, said the money was “for commissions on gun sales.” His 4000+ video series is a daily program called “George Webb” on YouTube.

Russian weapons are assembled in Florida.

They are sold in the U.S. because sanctions bar them from being imported from Russia.
