$300 million for clean water in limbo for Great Lakes Restoration Initiative

The House of Representatives, as of 6:41 p.m. last night, has yet to pass a law which includes restoring $300 million for clean water in the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. The grant remains in limbo until it is voted on and passes the House of Representatives.

Once passed by the House, it has to be voted on and approved by the U.S. Senate. From there, it becomes law with President Donald Trump's signature.
